It was a case that plagued investigators and frightened Americans for nearly 18 years. From 1978 to 1995, a criminal known only as the Unabomber killed three people and injured 23 others, using homemade bombs. Then, a man named David Kaczynski noticed disturbing similarities between the Unabomber and his older brother, Ted Kaczynski. David gave investigators the break they needed to crack the case, leading to his brother's arrest and eventual conviction.

Now, 19 years after Ted Kaczynski was arrested in a small Montana cabin, David opens up about the events that shaped his adult life and about his decision to turn in his only sibling.

"At the very first, [Ted] refused to believe it. An attorney had told him that he had been turned in by his younger brother, David, and Ted said, 'No, David loves me. He wouldn't do that,'" David says. "I think the attorney went out and got a copy of The New York Times, and then Ted at that point decided that he would never want anything to do with me again."

Has David spoken to his brother since his arrest? Watch the above video to find out.
