In this week's Breathing Space, we take in the graceful flow of ice skating. Blades scrape the ice, etching grooves into the frozen surface, each pass on the ice creating moments of focus, balance and joy.

As you watch the skaters, consider the message we heard from Spiritual Partnership author Gary Zukav and his wife, Linda Francis: love begins with you. You need to look inward before you can truly be there for anybody else. Know that with each day we receive a fresh start, a new opportunity to make our mark—a new opportunity to love and be loved.
