Jordan Peele produced, wrote and directed the film Get Out, which sparked a national dialogue on race and earned four Oscar® nominations. Here, the visionary director opens up to Oprah about his reaction to the nods from the academy, and reveals how Whoopi Goldberg's acceptance speech at the Academy Awards® in 1991 had a great impact on him.

"The moments after I realized this was really happening," Jordan says, "I had this overwhelming sense that this thing is bigger than me."
