Season 7 Episode 713
Aired on 05/01/2016 | CC tv-14
At age 93, television's greatest storyteller, Norman Lear, has written his most personal work yet: his life story. In his best-selling memoir, Even This I Get to Experience, Norman writes, "In my ninety-plus years I've lived a multitude of lives." Through it all, he explains how a never-ending curiosity has kept him young.

"Tell me, what does it feel like to be 93? Seeing what you've seen," Oprah says.

"I think of myself as the peer of whoever I'm talking to," Norman says. "If I was sitting here talking to a 12-year-old, I'd be 12. That's the way I would feel."

In the above video, Norman opens up to Oprah about how he doesn't let age define how he feels.
