His Guests: For more than 20 years, Pearl Fryar has welcomed students and other visitors to his garden. Pearl's garden receives approximately 10,000 visitors per year.

His Example: Pearl's garden has inspired his neighbors to explore their own creative potential. As they watched his garden grow, Pearl's neighbors picked up techniques and ideas and created their own living sculptures.
