When Jonas Elrod began seeing angels, demons, auras and ghosts that were invisible to those around him, he turned to scientific and spiritual communities to find out why. Along for this fantastic journey was his girlfriend, Mara. But the road to spiritual awakening doesn't need to be complicated. Sometimes, they say, all you need is a good slice of pizza.
We checked in with Jonas and his girlfriend, Mara, to find out more about their film Wake Up (airing this Sunday on OWN), how their lives have changed and how anyone can enter the spiritual world.
