Do we have New Year's Day must-see for you! Tom Shadyac's documentary I Am is making its network premiere on "Super Soul Sunday" on January 1, 2012, at 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. ET/PT.

At one time, Tom (the director of blockbuster films like Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and The Nutty Professor) seemed to have it all—big houses, fancy cars and private planes. But when a cycling accident left him incapacitated, he set out on a journey to answer two very important questions: What's wrong with our world, and what can we do about it? I Am is Tom's search to find out what's right with the world and how even the smallest changes can make a difference. Watch the trailer above for a taste of Tom's quest.

In the short film Conversation Couch, SoulPancake set up a living room on a big street corner and invited people to take a seat and share their beliefs about life's big questions. Some of those topics included God, prayer, ego, love, truth and hate.

Another one of those topics was death, which is also mentioned in the team's book SoulPancake: Chew on Life's Big Questions. Packed with bold questions, the book asks you this:

Would you want to know the exact moment you are going to die?

Share you thoughts below and print out the question and start the conversation with your friends!

Change. It's the only thing that's constant. And yet it's also the hardest thing to do. Or is it? Maybe change is easier than we think. Maybe all we need to change is our minds and the rest will follow. When I changed to an animal-free, plant-based diet nine years ago, I was worried that it would affect more than just my plate. I thought it'd put a cramp in my style, my social life and romantic relationships, that going veg would take too much time, and ultimately be unfulfilling. That limited belief turned out to be a scary, small feeling—'not a fact. In reality, the simple act of changing my plate, change my life for the better. My overall health improved, I met and married my soul mate, changed my career, committed my life to helping others, negative relationships ended and healthy friendships began. Overall, it was a win win situation! Oh, and forty looks pretty good when you're plant-based. I'm just saying.

What strength and courage you have! I found myself in tears trying to put myself in your shoes wondering where you found both to help you go on. I was left speechless by the turn of events. I was one who thought stage 4 was a death sentence. But, it seems that in your case, it was a new beginning. Thank you for sharing of yourself with us/me. I have listened, seen and am questioning myself...a good place to be. Gracias.
