Serves 3–4

  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 4 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 whole wheat baguette

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic. Stir. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until hardened. Preheat oven to 400°. Spread the butter over the baguette rounds. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisped and brown.
