Garlic Crostini Recipe

These delectable garlic crostini let you indulge in one of your favorite recipes—with a healthy twist! Serve with Tal's Roasted Tomato Soup for the ultimate comfort meal.

Serves 3–4

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 4 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 whole wheat baguette

Directions
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic. Stir. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until hardened. Preheat oven to 400°. Spread the butter over the baguette rounds. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisped and brown.
