This Senior Corporal/Detective has been in law enforcement for the past 14 years. But even before that, the job was in her blood. Angela grew up in a police family. Her father and uncle were officers in her precinct for 40 years. It was their positive example that encouraged her to follow in their footsteps. Angela and her dad still talk every day, and he often helps with some of her toughest cases. As a Robbery and Kidnapping Detective, Angela takes an aggressive approach when working her leads. She boasts a 95% success rate in getting confessions and will play whatever angle she needs to gain a suspect's trust. When she is out in the field, she leaves no stone unturned. Her kidnapping cases are always the most exciting and the most intense, because finding the victim could mean the difference between life and death. The job takes up much of her life and it's tough for her to leave the job at the office. She often becomes so obsessed with a case that she lies awake at night going over and over the evidence in her mind. Angie has a very active five-year-old daughter, Kate, who also keeps her busy! She admits that sometimes the criminals she deals with are easier to handle than her daughter.
