In Spokane, Amber has struggled to get by, living in and out of shelters, in the 12 years since her father was arrested for murdering at least 13 women. Now Amber is getting back on her feet with the help of the Moving Forward program run by the local Good Will with a new apartment and plans to begin nursing school.
