Slow-Cooker Applesauce
Enjoy an easier, no-fuss way to make this classic fall treat.

Makes 6 servings, 8 1/2 oz. each
Place apples in a 5-quart slow cooker. Add cider, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla. Cover and cook on low 4–6 hours or until apples soften.
Using a hand-held immersion blender or masher, blend or mash apples to desired consistency. Serve warm or chilled.
