It is so humbling to read the posts on the social media sites. I thank you for your love, support, and encouragement. It is such a privilege to be a part of Married to the Army: Alaska.

Episode 2 was extremely enlightening. I just discovered that I talk through my nose! Ughhhh..... I need to work on that!!

Reliving the memorial was hard. Watching it brought back so many feelings. I remember the sound of my husband's voice when he called. I could hear the grief in his voice.

I am forever indebted to the fallen soldiers for giving the ultimate sacrifice. When you put that into perspective, you learn to focus on the important instead of the distraction from the essential.

One thing that we realized is that the fraternity of soldiers are willing to die for one another. So we should not kill one another as sisters. Sometimes we can kill each other with looks, words, and our actions. However, maturity mandates that we reach to a higher level. Sisterhood doesn't mean that we are all the same. It means that we work together in spite of the differences.

Episode 2 captures the ladies moving towards unity! Woo - hoo, I loved it. There is always power in unity!
