I hope that you have enjoyed these past few episodes and that you are continuing to learn, along with being entertained, while on your own journey to love!

 Today, I want to talk about road blocks to love. Just this week in my firm, The Love Architects, an elite client of ours threw down some heavy ones—and my love architects and I are working hard to help her clear the path to love. In many cases, just as we're seeing with Charles, being strong, independent, educated, smart and in control serves people in their careers but not always in love. I have countless doctors, lawyers, executives and entrepreneurs who come to us seeking love. They may be charming, beautiful, wealthy and seem to have the world by the tail, but they’re still searching for meaningful, healthy relationships. What sometimes unfolds in the love process is that people can have deep, unhealed heart wounds from childhood and/or past relationships. This is the case with Martina—she’s blocking love without even being aware of it.

As you saw in the first episode, Oprah challenged our community to “be the love.” As we listened to her message, we all realized that the time for action was immediate—we only had 30 days!

We were determined to live up to Oprah’s expectations, so the first thing we did was put out a call for volunteers through our local press and social media. We talked about it on the radio, we hung posters, we talked to neighbors, and we created our own Kingsland Facebook page. The whole town was buzzing with excitement about getting involved!
