Having tackled his son's autism diagnosis head-on and grown from complete denial to full acceptance, Rodney now wants to pay it forward to other fathers going through his same experience. He believes that no one should feel alone in their struggle for understanding and, to that end, he creates a support group for dads of children on the autism spectrum.
