I love food! I love to shop for it, look at it, touch, smell, prepare and cook it! There's nothing that gives me greater pleasure and satisfaction than to come to the table with a beautiful platter or bowl filled with something wonderful to eat! In that bowl is all the love, passion and creativity that I have to give to my family and friends. It's something that was instilled in me as a child. Coming from an Italian household our kitchen was the center of our family and feeding people was an expression of love.

My philosophy in the kitchen is simple and the same as it is in my everyday life whether it's in the work place or in the home. Approach all that you do, all that you are and all that you wish for yourself and the people you love with love, respect and appreciation. It is from that platform that you will propel yourself to a place that will feed your heart and soul.
