Broccoli Palermo

Ingredients

Broccoli Palermo

  • 2 heads broccoli , boiled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves crushed or sliced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • Fresh lemon juice , to taste

Directions

In a 10-inch sauté pan, place oil, garlic, salt and chili flakes. Sauté ingredients for one minute or until garlic turns golden. When the garlic is golden, add the boiled broccoli to the mixture and toss well.

Yield: 2 servings
