- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 12 saltine crackers , crushed (1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 8 boneless pork loin chops , 1/2 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
In shallow bowl, mix Bisquick® mix, cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl, mix egg and water.
Dip pork into egg mixture, then coat with Bisquick® mixture.
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook pork in oil for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center.
