Traecey has had a problem with her weight her entire life. She says she's tried every diet, but has always failed at managing her weight. At 31 she tipped the scales at 360 lbs. She had gastric bypass surgery and lost 160 lbs, but she gained most of the weight back. Family traumas have been plenty in Traecey's life. Her childhood was turbulent and at times, violent. Her younger brother died in a motorcycle accident at the age of 23 and the family has been racked with grief ever since. Traecey is married and the mother of two children. She fears that if she doesn't unlock the reasons why she eats compulsively, she won't live to see her young girls grow up.
