Jerry called on his good friend Matthew Broderick to play his best friend in the movie, a bee named Adam. Is there a difference between the professional Jerry and the private Jerry? "They're both taskmasters," Matthew jokes. "No, it's very similar. It was such a pleasure to be in the room. I know it's nerve-racking. But I found it less nerve-racking because he was right there and we got to do the scenes together. And he was so funny and he laughs and he's a nice, very supportive person as a friend and as a co-worker." Matthew says Jerry did a great job with Bee Movie. "The guy has incredible stick-to-it-tiveness," Matthew says. "He kept at it and every moment in the movie is great. I love the movie so much." |
