Suddenly SkinnyGastric bypass is a weight loss surgery that literally reduces the stomach to the size of a walnut. First, doctors create a tiny pouch at the top of the stomach and seal off the rest. Then, they cut the small intestine in two and attach the lower part to the small pouch. The newly created stomach is so small, it can only hold about six grapes.
