Looking at Vera in her stunning leopard-print dress, it's hard to believe she hasn't worn a dress in 20 years.

Putting on the dress, however, was an emotional experience for Vera. "It hasn't been easy," she says. "[But] just being able to wear [a] dress, it's been worth it, I'd say."
