Modeling legends Iman and Naomi

5 of 7
After Oprah's Legends Ball —to which both Iman and Naomi were invited—we asked Naomi to do something that she had never done before: interview Iman, the living legend she's idolized since she was just 16 years old.

Naomi: So what is it like to be a legend—because you are a legend?

Iman: It feels very old.

Naomi: No, that's not true.

Iman: Sometimes it feels weighty because people think you should be a role model. And then you don't want to disappoint people because you are human, and you will err and to be carrying the weight of your whole race, you don't want to be responsible.

Naomi: I know for me, after so many others like you, [you've] made it easier to open the door for the others.
