The blockbuster 20th season of The Oprah Winfrey Show started with a huge splash…and a very big problem. It was so big that Tim Bennett, the president of Harpo, Inc., and Gayle King, Oprah's best friend, had to sit Oprah down and let her know.

"It was so distracting to me," Gayle says.

"Something looked different to me that I felt I needed to address," Tim agrees. Finally, he says, he got to the point where he had to say something. "I know I'm going where probably no man has gone before..."
