At the end of every episode of Run's House, viewers see Rev Run relaxing in the bathtub while typing his daily Words of Wisdom e-mail on a two-way pager. It's a daily reflection about the things happening in his own life that he sends to hundreds of his friends every day—including Gayle King!

Gayle says she starts each day by reading Rev Run's e-mail. "I look at it as positive energy that you can just pass around. I think you put positive energy out there whenever you can."
