Teenage superstar Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, surprised a room full of fired-up superfans with a performance of her hit song "Best of Both Worlds." After the performance, her dad and Hannah Montana co-star Billy Ray Cyrus and Oprah come out to greet the adoring fans.
