Ten years after The Love Boat docked for the last time, the cast reunited for the first time in 1997 on Oprah's stage. The whole crew of the Pacific Princess was there: Gavin MacLeod (Captain Stubing), Jill Whelan (Vicki), Lauren Tewes (Julie), Bernie Kopell (Doc), Ted Lange (Isaac) and Fred Grandy (Gopher). Gavin said he still had great memories of The Love Boat. "I think we all miss the show because the show brought so much happiness to people and gave them something to dream about," he said. |
