![]() Since she started acting at age 18, Jane Seymour's roles have taken her from a Bond girl in Live and Let Die to Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. Before she was Dr. Quinn, she worked her way into our living rooms as contemptible Cathy Ames in the eight-hour TV mini-series East of Eden in 1981. Jane joined Oprah at The National Steinbeck Center to relive the experience and talk about what it was like to play "evil incarnate."
