Dr. Phil's first step in getting rid of the bad guys in your life is to make a list of the people you interact with regularly and what your gut tells you about them.
Keeping in mind how Dr. Phil defines BAITERs—Backstabbers, Abusers, Imposters, Takers, Exploiters, Reckless—can you identify from your list anyone who fits that description?
Do you have people in your life who try to engage you as a confidant and talk about other people? Who are they? How likely are they to be talking about
to other people?
As Dr. Phil says, abuse isn't limited to physical abuse. Has someone abused your trust? Your finances? Your goodwill?
Now that you can identify the BAITERs in your life, what will you do to avoid being harmed by them in the future?
