What are the three things you would grab in a fire? Did you spend time today consciously enjoying those things?

What kind of play brought you joy as a child? Coloring with friends? Climbing trees? Going to the circus? Plan to play in a similar way at least every other week from now on.

Write down a moment when you felt joy. Recall it vividly. Now add another memory of a different joyful experience. Then add another. See how the tide of joy rises with each memory you add.

Today, do three things that might bring joy to a total stranger. Don't care how they react—enjoy the offering.
