Where are you relying on someone who isn’t dependable? Why are you counting on them and not you to make a change in your life?

What energy are you putting out? What attitude or actions are showing others who you are—is it the person who want to be?

We can know things energetically even without knowing them consciously. What “flavor” of energy are you broadcasting to the world—tense, accepting, anxious, bubbly? If you don’t know, ask your friends and family.

Are there people who are in your life simply because you feel obliged to humor them? People who don’t support you, who drain you, or who you sense aren’t generating good energy for you or themselves?

Where do you feel buried beneath a wall of problems? Where can you see a tiny crack in the wall—a small success, someone who encourages you, or moments of feeling blessed? List 10 things that support you.

Where are you giving people power over your life and choices? Where are you asking for others to solve your problems, as opposed to supporting you as you solve them yourself?

While you’re waiting for something to happen, what “something” is waiting for you to take steps forward?

Where are you "working like a damn dawg"? Have you ever watched a dog work? They do what they're born to do, with joy, and rest when they're tired. Where are you working like a robot when you could be working like a dog?
