And if you miss an assignment, you have to repeat the lesson—over and over again, until you pass, Dr. Robin says.
Homework wasn't fun when we were children, and it's not fun as adults either. But no matter what issue you may be facing—a failing marriage, financial disarray, a miserable job—it's important to do your homework to try to resolve it. Dr. Robin says you must be open to reading books, seeking therapy or finding solutions to your problems.
