Dr. Mehmet Oz
Who is the stronger sex—men or women? Dr. Oz talks to FOX News health expert and ob-gyn Dr. Jennifer Ashton about the differences in the way women and men approach healthcare and sex. From routine screenings to giving birth, when it comes to being a patient, Dr. Ashton says her female patients are braver than her male patients!

Competition aside, Dr. Ashton says that women have many unique health care needs, including reproductive health and the need for comprehensive sexual education. Considering 1 in 5 teens will have had sex by the age of 15, Dr. Ashton says it's important that parents speak to their daughters around the ages of 10, 11 or 12 about sex, pregnancy and STDs. She also talks about the benefits of the recently introduced HPV vaccine to prevent against cervical cancer, birth control options, the many noncontraceptive benefits of the birth control pill and more.
