It's Tuesday and Gayle is back with stories to share! From spending Thanksgiving with her children in Connecticut and celebrating an early Christmas with Oprah and the girls at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy in South Africa, to jet-setting to Switzerland with Oprah to visit Tina Turner at her Zurich home—Gayle says she's had a busy break!

While in South Africa, Gayle says she gave each girl at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy an early Christmas present—a sterling silver necklace with the words "I am fearless" engraved on a round pendent. Gayle says Oprah gave all the students a basket of holiday goodies, including a cell phone, watch, journal, candy and more! Also, Gayle says the girls were treated to a private screening of the Walt Disney film Enchanted.

From South Africa, Gayle says the traveling continued as she and Oprah flew to Zurich, Switzerland, to spend time at Tina Turner's home. Gayle says Tina treated them to delicious meals and took them on a tour of Zurich.

Now that she's back home, Gayle says she's trying to work off the pounds she gained while on break and is happy to be back on the radio and talking with listeners and guests!
