This past weekend, Gayle and best friend Oprah went on the campaign trail with presidential candidate Barack Obama, with stops in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina. In Des Moines, Iowa, Oprah gave a poignant speech in support of Senator Obama, which Gayle says was one of the highlights of the rally.

Feeling energized and uplifted by the weekend's momentous events, Gayle says she plans on going back in to Iowa to campaign further for her favorite presidential candidate!
