Gayle's got a lot on her mind, and she's sharing it all with listeners. Topping Gayle's personal agenda is her impending move from Connecticut to New York, which has been taking up a lot of her time and energy. And now Gayle says she's really stressing out because one of her assistants—who's been an enormous help with all the preparations for the move—just went into labor! While this has put a kink in Gayle's plans for hosting an open house, she says the speedy, safe delivery of her assistant's baby boy is of utmost importance and wishes the new mom all the best!
Then, Gayle turns her attention to politics to share her hopes and predictions for the Ohio and Texas primaries. Plus, she reports her satisfaction with the founders of Ben & Jerry's ice cream and hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, who have all announced their endorsement of presidential hopeful Barack Obama. And, Gayle shares her take on Senator Hillary Clinton's recent appearance on NBC's Saturday Night Live. "I thought she did a great job," Gayle says.
