With an increasing number of delays, cancellations and weather problems, do you feel frustrated when you travel by air? If so, Dr. Robin says you need to take a deep breath and think about what it is like on the other side. So often people are inconvenienced—whether it's on the airplane or at the grocery store or at the bank—and feel frustration because their whole day is ruined. But do they ever think about the other side? "I am inviting you to think about the flight attendants, to think about the pilots, the other people who have you and me breathing down their necks," Dr. Robin says.
