Can the law of attraction help you land your dream job? Oprah looks for answers with Michael Losier, author of Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't. Together, they talk with callers who say they want more fulfilling or better paying jobs but just aren't sure how to make it happen.

Michael tells callers that the law of attraction can help them achieve the career of their dreams. "The ideal job is out there for you, you just have to align your vibration to it," Michael says. "Your job is to decide what you want and set the energy in motion and remove the doubt about it happening, and the law of attraction will unfold and orchestrate that."

What stands between so many people and their perfect job—or their ideal mate, or the life they wish to live—is a lack of clarity, Michael says. One way to achieve clarity is to make a list of what you don't want. "Stop and get yourself some clarity so that you're not saying, 'I kind of think [I know] what I don't want,'" Oprah says. Knowing for sure what you don't want can help teach you what you do want, she says.

Once you have that clarity, Michael says to identify your ideal job, remove your doubt, be mindful of the signs, and the law of attraction will work for you. Oprah says that early in her career when she was just 20 years old and working in Nashville, she received a big offer to do the news in Atlanta. "My boss at the time said I shouldn't make that move because I wasn't experienced enough, and that I should stay in Nashville around my family and be around people who really care about me and my growth," she says. "When he said that to me, I felt he was telling me the truth." Oprah says she heeded that sign and hasn't looked back since.
