What stresses you out? Jobs, money and relationships are major stresses for many, but Dr. Robin says you cannot live life consumed by constant worry. "It's really bad for your body, it's really bad for your mind, it's bad for your spirits," she says.
To deal with stress, Dr. Robin says you should identify the biggest cause of stress in your life and come up with two ways you can address it. Then, Dr. Robin says you need to take action and make necessary changes to make that stress disappear. "We've got to get rid of carrying stress like it is part of our skin, like it is part of our name," she says. "It's not meant to be so intimately connected with you."
