If you're having trouble staying on track, Dr. Robin says adding certain rituals or behaviors to your daily routine can act as powerful tools to help you deal with unexpected trials in your life.
In her own life, Dr. Robin says she takes time out to pray, meditate or sing each and every morning. It's her own quiet time to be still, listen to the universe, connect with her heart and spirit and, most importantly, stay grounded.
If you could use some more balance and stability in your own life, consider carving out time each day to practice your own "grounding" rituals, she says. "Make sure that no matter what else happens, [you do] those key things every day so that you can stay on track even when something comes into your life that you hadn't expected," Dr. Robin says.
