Are there problems in your relationships, job or finances that have you worried, but you just haven't gotten up the courage to act? While being scared is an awful feeling, at times fear can be a lifesaver, Dr. Robin says.
If you're scared today, let it propel you into safety and well-being, Dr. Robin says. Don't hesitate to act but rather do what you know is best for yourself. "Some of the fear that's in your life right now—it's there to scare you so that you can go and live your very best life," she says.
