Gayle King
Have you ever wanted to learn how to apply makeup like a professional does? Reggie Wells, Oprah's makeup artist extraordinaire, says he is offering women the chance to learn from him! Gayle talks with Reggie about the makeup class he is offering women and about an upcoming article in Ebony magazine that honors him as one of the best makeup artists in the business.

Reggie says women approach him all the time asking for makeup tips and advice, so he says he is offering hundreds of women a makeup class to get hands-on, in-person lessons. "I want to give women a chance to learn step-by-step what they need to do," he says. The class takes place in Chicago, it lasts more than two hours and there is a fee.

For all of his years working as a makeup artist for Oprah and other stars, Reggie says it's an honor being recognized in Ebony magazine as one of the best makeup artists in the country. Reggie says he is in New York for the magazine's photo shoot that features him and some of his peers in the industry. "They're doing [a story] about people who have done makeup in the years that I have done it," he says. "They are putting me on the top along with people who have been under me and around me—they are sort of putting me on a queen pedestal!"
