![]() During their teenage years, many girls go through emotional, physiological and even spiritual crises. Marianne talks about raising strong and confident daughters with actress Elizabeth Berkley, who is on mission to help teenage girls through the ups and downs of adolescence. Elizabeth says that she holds workshops in schools and created a website called Askelizabeth.com to help girls aged 11 to 17 ask questions about any topic on their minds.
"Many girls feel that their questions and their issues are really only theirs," Elizabeth says. "[The website and workshop] is really about the girls being able to ask their questions and me letting them know that it is okay to ask the questions and that it is more than healthy to ask."
