Growing up without his mother, who was a schizophrenic, Quincy reveals how his family dealt with her mental illness. In 1974, Quincy suffered a near-fatal brain aneurysm and shares how music helped him recover. He also talks about the importance of taking charge of your health, and how he stays fit today.
