Dr. Robin says as human beings, we all miss and long for things from time to time. She says it's important to be aware of how much you are missing those things, so you don't let them pass you by without savoring or fully acknowledging them.
Dr. Robin says it's okay to miss people, places or situations, but what is more important is to acknowledge that you miss it so that next time it happens, you'll pay attention to it in the moment. "Today is your opportunity to decide that you are going to make sure that whatever was going to try and skirt by you, whatever you were going to miss today, you are simply going to tune in to a higher frequency," she says. "And, you are going to make sure that you don't miss your gift today."
