If you're experiencing cold feet about your upcoming wedding, it's absolutely normal, Rabbi Shmuley says. He talks about why you're feeling nervous or confused before your wedding and how to overcome your anxiety.
Many couples become emotionally paralyzed by looking at marriage as the biggest decision of their lives, Rabbi Shmuley says. "After couples get engaged, they often start wondering, 'Is this really the right person for me?'" he says. Rabbi Shmuley shares advice on how to get rid of pre-wedding doubts:
"Cold feet syndrome is nearly universal when we characterize a decision as the biggest event of our life. If you have cold feet, speak to good friends, think deeply about your priorities and don't magnify or invent problems that don't really exist."
