Oprah joins Gayle as the Live Your Best Life Spa Week continues at the Miraval Resort and Spa in Arizona! The best friends reflect on their week-long retreat, and talk about the importance of giving yourself permission to enjoy life and living life without regrets.

The Spa Sweepstakes—which awarded 60 lucky ladies this trip of a lifetime—was Oprah's way of bringing together women who might not normally treat themselves to a weeklong spa getaway. "I wanted to be able to give a getaway so that women can come back to themselves," Oprah says.

Oprah also talks about her hopes and expectations for the girls enrolled at The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls—South Africa. "Every girl has her own personal best, and that's what I'm expecting from every one of [them]," she says.
