Bob has been on the road for several weeks, stopping at supermarkets across the country and encouraging people to sign up for Oprah and Bob's Best Life Challenge . Bob says it's been great meeting people and teaching them how to be more conscious of their eating habits. With a state-of-the-art tour bus last used by musician Kid Rock, Bob says he's traveling in style along with dietician Zonya Foco, who is teaching the people they encounter how to cook nutritious meals. "She is whipping up healthy food, making it really exciting," he says.
While on the road, Bob takes calls from listeners who need help losing weight. From a 250-pound woman who needs to shed weight for knee surgery, to an overweight college student who has hit a weight loss plateau, Bob offers advice and encouragement.
