Holly and Rodney get the latest scoop on Oprah's Big Give from their good friend and philanthropist Malaak Compton-Rock. Malaak is one of three judges on the show, which follows 10 contestants as they travel around the country to change people's lives. She shares her thoughts on the latest episode, which resulted in contestant Rachael Hollingsworth's elimination, as well her predictions for the fast-approaching finale.
Malaak also talks about her latest philanthropic initiative, Journey for Change, which seeks to empower youth through global service. Malaak says the program will take 30 kids between the ages of 12 and 15 from the Brooklyn, New York, area—many of whom have never traveled outside the United States—to South Africa, where they will be engaged in volunteer work. "It's probably, I feel, one of the most important initiatives I've ever worked on," she says.
