When your vibration is high or positive—meaning you feel good, happy and excited about life—you'll attract more of the same, Michael says. The trick is to maintain a high vibration, and the best way to "hold a vibration high" is not to lower it to match someone else's. "The truth is, nobody brings you down, but what we tend to do is lower our vibration to match theirs," he says.
The next time you encounter someone who brings you down, practice holding on to your own positive vibration. When the negative person talks about things they don't like or don't want, steer the conversation back to the positive by asking these simple questions: What would you like? What do you want? By practicing this technique, you can begin to attract the relationships you want, he says.
